Marjorie teaches Silva Seminars in Ohio and Texas and other locations upon request.

Marjorie first took the Silva Basic Lecture Series in 1983 in Oklahoma City with her family after reading the book, The Silva Mind Control Method by Jose Silva. She was always intrigued with and puzzled about human behavior and the way we become trapped by our self-imposed limitations. The book and this seminar answered many of her questions.

After completing The Ultra Seminar with Jose Silva, The Graduate Seminar, The Silva Better Business Seminar and Silva Super Mind she decided to become a Silva instructor and completed the Lecturer Development Seminar with Dr. Silva, Laura Silva Quesada and other senior instructors in 1986.  She continues to update her education. The highlight of her years of training has been The Ultimate Seminar, the ten day special program with Dr. Silva in 1988.

Marjorie earned a B.S. in Educationas a young student at Northwest Missouri State University. Later, at the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio she completed undergraduate work in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Family Ecology. She taught in secondary schools and in adult education and volunteered and then was employed at a suicide prevention/crisis intervention center. She also volunteered her time at a domestic violence agency and works with other community organizations. She is a Master Hypnotist, Reiki Master, a graduate of; the School of Transformation and Healing, (a 3 year course), Quantum-Touch, Thought Field Therapy, Psych-K, and Pranic Healing.

After completing her Silva Instructor Training in 1986 Marjorie began teaching classes in Akron, Ohio. She continues to teach in that area and in Houston, Texas where she and her husband moved because of his employment and now in the Texas Hill Country, (Marble Falls) where they have “retired”.

Marjorie is a popular instructor who brings insight, understanding, depth and humor to her presentations. Her strength is in making complex concepts easy to understand.
